I have submitted all the asked document on March of this year .and they agree that I have default one.so they shared a address for me to collect the ear phones.but I have been there thrice but they always say it's out of stock.and after that not even Jabra support is responding well it's been like 4 months not heard from them. They say that next replacement is mine but God knows when are they intending to change my earphones. Company name is Jabra and my earphones cost around 5,500 .I have all the full email history. Can I do anything legally here. Thanks in advance.will be eagerly waiting for a response

send a legal notice for changing the non-working instrument and mention in the notice about since when it is non working and how many attempts were made by you to get it replaced. ensure that you send this notice as quickly as you can and the assistance of an able advocate is advised in it.
