I am a practicing advocate registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. I practice in JMFC Courts, Family Courts, Labour Courts, Small Causes Court, NCLTs, Consumer Courts, Tribunals, Co-operative Courts, City Civil & Session Courts, High Courts including Supreme Court of India.

I practice criminal law and also handle matters related to Consumer protection Act, Indian Penal Code, Domestic Violence, Cheque bouncing, MCOCA, POCSO, Family law, Labour law, , Corporate law, Arbitration, DRTs, Co-operative law, NCLT, Intellectual Property, MAT, CAT, MSMED Act 2006, Armed Forces Tribunal etc.

I am also associated with US law firm for drafting, vetting and legal advice in relation to consumer laws, insurance laws etc.

I appear in both trial and appellate side matters including Bail applications, Anticipatory Bail applications along with Revision and Appeals. I also handle Writ petitions, Public interest litigations, SLPs etc.

I am a panel advocate for several companies, co-operative societies and also works on retainer-ship basis with companies and law firms in India and abroad.
