Hello,

Send a legal notice to them and thereafter drag them to the consumer forum for deficiency of the services and in the meanwhile if some alternative service provider is there you may switch you ISP.

Fit case to send them a detailed legal notice in the present matter, calling upon them to forthwith look into the matter and provide you the necessary technical support so that you get seamless network from this service provider. Also, seek compensation from them for the mental harassment caused to you.

In case the needful is not done despite your legal notice, file a consumer complaint against this network service provider.

Dear sir

It is a good matter for you to fight for but the case will not be heard in regular court.

It will be a case or consumer court in which you can ask for compensation and the loss you are suffering due to bad service of the telecom company.

Dear Sir,

If you are determined to go to court and are not interested in "soft options" then your local district consumer court is the best option. Prepare a statement of facts in chronological order. Summarise your grievance. Conclude with the relief you want the court to grant (keep it simple and realistic). Visit your local consumer court once before you finalise the documents to make sure you haven't missed out anything. Speak to the registrar or court administrator directly; steer clear of lawyers (unless you are inclined to engage one).
