My mother is holding 2 sites 11 and 12 from 1992. We have not constructed anything in the land.and next to our sites there are 2 more sites belonging to one of my uncle. And there are disputes in family between two of my uncle's, because of which uncle y made a registration of land belonging Uncle x based on gpa signed before lawyer but not registered. When doing the registration without uncle x notice,uncle y has done a mistake of registring the land belonging to my mother without her signature. Please let me know how we can proceed further and the process is done in April 2017

Your mother should file suit to set aside fraudulent registration of land done in uncle name
2) mention that she has not signed any such documents authorising registration of such land in favour of uncle
3) seek injunction restraining sale of such land

File RTI application with sub registrar office and obtain copies of documents on basis of which property transferred in income name
2) enclose copy of sale deed by which mother purchased those 2 plots of land
1. Documents and evidences showing the title of the petitioner.
2. Entire details about the fraudulently registered documents which can be requested to sub-registrar office.

You may have to produce the original sale deed document and the proof of allotment to individual's share in his/her name etc
