 Advised clients on issues related to privacy, data breach and other issues under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“the IT Act”)
 Advised and assisted a client in a criminal matter concerning data theft. The assignment included liaisoning with the police officials, appearing before the Magistrate and the High Court to oppose anticipatory bail and other proceedings
 Drafted and negotiated Service Agreements for an audiotex licensee providing conferencing services with various customers of the client
 Advised clients on the contractual structure for the cloud based audio conferencing facilities
 Advised clients on a possible investigation by DOT (TERM) Cell on the violation of audiotex license
 Negotiated Business Correspondent Agreement between a tech platform and a bank
 Drafted and negotiated a cloud based technology license and service agreement for the license and use of a software to be used in microfinance industry
 Drafted and negotiated a Data Analytics Service Agreement between an NBFC and a data analytics service provider
 Drafted Terms of Use, privacy policy and other documents for various e-commerce companies

 Advised a hotel aggregator on the contractual framework and other issues for employing freelancers
 Advised clients in matters concerning removal of employees on account of financial impropriety and other breach of employment terms
 Advised and represented a major ITeS company before the Labour Inspector with respect to a compla
