Obtaining a copy of divorce decree
I got divorced in india in 2013. I live in the usa and want to obtain a copy of my decree from chennai family courts. Preferably a certified copy or another original, since the one I have seem to be faded after years. How do I obtain that? Is it an easy process?

If you have the case number and the date on which the decree was passed, we may get the same for you. For certified you will have to give us a Vakalatnama and otherwise, I may try and get the non - certified copy.
