E filing facility is not started yet. Till situation normalize, work out with notorise deed. For registration of partnership firm, notorise deed is also valid.
Registration of partnership firm is must.
The partition deed is required to be registered at Jurisdictional SRO.
For registering purchase or sale land or registration of partition deed other immovable property, individual presence is not compulsory. Seller or buyer can give power of attorney to a third person for registration and this representative can do the registration formalities

The partition deed can't be signed online and physical appearance before registrar is must.
1. Registration of a deed and its procedure during lock down depends on the system of the particular registration office.
In WB registration of all deeds is closed except on days in a week with prior permission but the same is done on offline and not on online.

The registration office is a open in most API areas of the country and definitely registration office must have been open in your area as well so you can register your partition deed in any working day

In the present situation only such activities are carried out online which are of immense urgency. As per my opinion is advisable to register manually once the Situation improves world wide
1. Partition Deed cannot be registered Online. All the parties MUST be present for physical digital photograph & thumb impression & signature before the SRO office.
2. Documents: Earlier property documents, municipal /revenue records of property, PAN & Aadhar card & photographs of all parties to the partition deed.
3. Parties who are not able to attend can give registered /embassy attested POA to one of the participants to sign on their behalf.
Besides online registration, one has to be physically present before the registrar for completing the registration formalities.
The documents required are:
1. Original title deed;
2. Legal heirship certificate of the deceased owner,.
3. The death certificate of the deceased title owner of the property.;
4. The identity proofs of the shareholders of this partition deed;

1. If the Registration office is functioning with its full capacity including on line registration facility, then it is possible to register the Partition Deed online.
2. Before registration, file the query sheet on line and get the property valued and amount of stamp duty and registration fee to be paid by you online confirmed by the Registration office.
