It means presiding officer has been transferred
Sir please let me know what is “pois transfered “ in court
Who is presiding officer sir.
PO IS TRANSFERED MEANS SIR? PROCLAIMED OFFENDER HAS BEEN TRANSFERED?
P O means presiding officer and the presiding officer of the curt is the judge/magistrate of it.
So in your case the Magistrate is transferred and hence the trial of the case would be hled up till a new Magistrate/PO joins.
Sir PO is transferred means presiding office i.e., the judge is transferred to other court based on orders of High Court. A new judge will replace him so nothing to worry if you have any pending case in court.
PO is Presiding Officer or the Judge.
Basically the Judges get transferred every 2 or 3 years. So when they are transferred, till the next judge occupies the court, dates will be given or the cases will be postponed.
PO is means, the judge is on leave.
So as and when the Judge returns from leave, the case will be heard on next scheduled date of hearing.
Dear Sir,PO means judge (Presiding Officer). That is who presides over the Bench/Court. When a judge is transferred in the order sheet such narration will be given.
Dear client
The meaning of this can be different in different scenarios
One can be Presiding officer is transfered which means the judge before whom the case was pending has been transferred.
Another can be when some one file tranfer petition. For some case from one court to another and it is allowed.
Proclaim offender (P.O) proceeding is a process of the court through which the court declares the person as proclaimed offender and directs the concerned police officials to arrest the person named in the proceeding and produce him before the court and the name and details of the proclaimed offender are published in the news papers declaring him/her to be a proclaimed offender.
