1) take search in sub registrar office and obtain certified copies of documents of title
2) lodge FIR about loss of original documents
3) issue public notice about loss of originals
To get the property number and other details you need to see the bill of House tax and water tax.
And for property matters you need to visit registrar office and u have to track the record with few details and property number and year of purchase
If it is a plot try visiting the place and meet a neighbor and ask for the numbers and all
1. If you know the location or the tentative time of its purchase then you can cause searches in the local registration office where its sale deed was registered. This is the place where you can get such details including the certified copy of the deed.
2.If not then it will be very difficult to know its location. If the proeprty falls within the Municipality and your father mutated his name in respect of the said proeprty then you can cause searches from local Municipality also.
3. otherwise I find no other probable alternative.
Dear,
Visit the sub registrar's office under the limits where the property is situated and inquire about the property details. The office will be having the ownership details of the property including the extent and survey no. Thereafter, transfer the property on your name(s) and get to make the changes in the revenue records in the mandal office.
You can check the office of sub registrar where the said property was registered or contact government authorities to secure the details of the same. As you have the heirship certificate you don't have any encumbrances for sale of property.
1) Visit to office from where you have purchased the property or plot.
2) check with the area which you have address and go to sub registrar office, according name wise search the plot you can find it.
3) If you have name and address , date of purchase atleast year of purchase can find in sub registrar office.
4) If you want to find the documents through me please contact or call me by consultation call.
Contact a local Lawyer and seek in his help in pulling out a certified copy of the Lost property document.
He'll be able to track the property document with either the address of this property, year of the sale deed or the name of the seller.
Also, register a lost report as regards to the missing document.
You can obtain the certified copies of the document from the office of sub-registrar. However, to do so you require the khata number. Engage a local lawyer and he will be able to do this/
You can enquire the survey number from the adjacent plot owners and if you are able to identify the plot, you may ask the neighbors the number of their plot, based on it you may apply for EC guessing your plot number, if the EC reflects the plot number with your father's name, then note down the document number and obtain a certified registration copy from the registrar's office.
Alternately you can visit the village revenue office or the Tahsildar's office to know about the property details, survey number and plot number, after which you can obtain certified copies of the registration document.
Will be difficult to identify such lands and may be encroached. Therefore, you have to find out through the VAO and be careful, VAO may share the information that you don't have documents. Therefore, first find out through the locals, VAO and revenue records and don't let any one know that you don't have documents. Normally, VAO will have the owner details in his records.
Hello sir , you can get the information about the details in the concerned municipal authority .. They have a record of ownership details .. You can demarcate the adjacent plot owner name and no. to know about yours
Hello,
You may approach the collector/ registrar office for survey of the land and accordingly you will get the plot no. After getting the plot no. You may approach the registrar office to obtain the certified copy of the relevant documents.
Regards
Respected sir ...
You don't get the proper plot number but you must have the address of that plot just go there and ask your neighborhood about there numbers and after that ...
Sir Firstly Lodge an FIR of that misplacing and then You have to visit the Sub-Registrar office (SRO) where the property is registered and make an application to get a certified copy of Sale Deed.
The Registration office has the scanned copy of your Sale Deed with them. But, they will generally not give a certified copy immediately.
They will ask you to publish an advertisement in National and regional (local) newspaper about the loss of property documents (Sale deed).
Place an Advertisement :
You have to publish a ‘Lost & Found’ advertisement in both national and local newspaper, clearly mentioning the details of the lost Document and your contact details.
It is a statutory requirement to publish an Ad. In certain cases, you may have to produce an affidavit or FIR to the newspaper agency before placing your Lost & Found advertisement...Prepare an Affidavit and get it Notarized: Even after waiting for say 10 to 15 days, if you do not find the lost documents, you can get an Affidavit prepared on Stamp paper. You have to clearly state the details of the lost sale deed & other documents, and sign the under-taking. You can attach the police FIR document and the copies of newspaper Ads to this Affidavit. The undertaking needs to be attested and registered with a Public Notary.
Get the Duplicate Sale Deed from SRO: You have to pay the prescribed fee meant for this purpose at SRO. Enclose the police FIR document, copies of Ads & Affidavit along with the application for copy of Sale deed. The staff at SRO will verify these documents and issue you a legally certified copy of Sale Deed. Thereafter, certified copies of the Title deed are used as substitute for the original...
Thank you
