Hi, kindly let me know the details of complaint that she has made ... What evidence does she have to proove your relationship with her husband?? don't worry , her complaint is vague untill she can proove it
1. iF YOU ARE NOT INVOLVED NOTHING TO BOTHER, BUT
2. YOU HAVE TO APPROACH HIGH COURT AND GET THE FIR STAYED AND IT SHOULD BE QUASHED.
3. BE ASSURED YOU WILL WIN.
1) your boy friend affair before marriage is immaterial
2) if his wife has filed complaint against husband a d involved your name deny allegations made
3) issue legal notice to his wife to withdraw false and defamatory allegations made against you
4) you can file complaint of criminal defamation against lady under section 500 of IPC
Hello,
1. The complaint is meaningless, if your name not included. I believe, he would have disclosed your relationship details with her.
2. You Or Your lawyer need to check with Police station, on what grounds she filed the complaint?
3. Get the copy of the complaint and the documents ( evidences ) pertaining the complaint.
4. Are you aware whether any FIR filed? .
Hi
I think you should not worry.
For details please mention the allegations she have made on you.
Thank You
Respected mam...
If you don't have contact with that guy after his marriage then what is the need of worry ...Mam she can only involve your name not you in this case and yes if you want to take action against this you can file a counter complaint seeking deformation under section 500 of IPC and ask her on what base she involved your name ...Be strong no need of worry...
Thanku
You should not be bothered about this.
You will not be summoned by the Court.
This dispute is between your ex and his wife, you should not be even remotely concerned about this.
1. What has been alleged in the complaint? Has the FIR been lodged yet by police? Neither you nor your ex has committed any offence.
2. If police calls you for investigation the consult a local lawyer. Unless the complaint is perused to know what offences have been alleged to be committed nothing can be said.
Has the FIR been registered.
If any case has been registered with your name then you may go ahead and challenge such complaint.
Also, take note of the fact that if a court case has been filed it will be difficult for you to hide the same from your family, it will be better that you tell your family in way that they also dont get angry on you.
Regards
Dear Concerned,
Something seems to be not right here - HAVE you received any summons from the court . IF not then just sleep over this information until you receive any court summons.
IF by chance any complaint is filed - as per info given in the notes such complaint does not hold any ground, Infact at this juncture cross confirm if this info is true and file a Defamation case against this woman.
Best of luck
1. What complaint has been lodged by her against him involving you?
2. Has it been lodged before the police station?
3. Did she submit any evidence of your having had physical relationship with her husband?
4. If there was no such evidence she could collect, deny any relationship with him other than having acquaintance.
5. You can also lodge a counter police complaint u/s211 of IPC for lodging false police complaint against you for causing damage to you.
If his wife has filed a complaint against him, then it should be only against him.
If it is a domestic violence complaint or even a an adultery complaint, nothing will be maintainable against you, if you were involved with him in relationship even after his marriage.
There is nothing to be worried about it, however you have not mentioned what was the case filed involving or implicating you?
If she has filed a divorce case on the grounds of adultery, then you would have been impleaded as 2nd respondent, confirm the matter and revert with details for more proper opinions.
