I was working in a small company.
There are girl seduced me sexualy. And act innocent later . That cause a road accident to me because of stress. And once the incident reach to manager he asked me to work from home. There i went more sick not able to work properly and went in depression. Than my another tried to consider my career side and ask me to leave work until I get mentally stable. And they were continuously putting my salary in my account and collecting cash from me. But still i m stressed and feel innocent because all action taken on me as she act as innocent.

1. If she has acted as innocent then what is your legal problem? There is nothing to be felt guilty for having s*x with you or for having seduced you.

2. Do you wantbto say thet she started blaming you? If that is the case then just ignore it since having s*x with a consenting adulkt is nom crime as per Law.

3. Unless and untill there is a cause of action against you, you can not take any legal action against them.

4. Consult a psychriatist for getting yourself treated medically.

If you have not get damages from manager or girl then how can you sue them ? In the sex activity both of you are done in mutual consent. If you are not interested then why you are involve the activity ?According to Immoral Traffic (Suppression) Act, 1956 Prostitution is illegal in India. If you believe to get a case from them then you may defend the case on that time.
