I have sent one electronic equipment(LED TV) to Patna, Bihar through DTDC and took the insurance as well in the month of may 2017. When they have delivered it TV was broken. Immediately i have informed the DTDC and shared all the required details to claim the insurance But even after four months they are not saying anything. Now a days they are not taking call as well. Whenever i go and try to meet the contact person then they are not available in office. Please help me to get this thing settled.

Send them a couple of email asking them to redress your grievance by processing your claim. If that does not helps, shoot a legal notice to them. Even if that does not moves them, file a case in the consumer court and seek damages, compensation etc.
Can I take the help of kaanoon.com to log a case against the dtdc . If yes then how much it will cost and time to get it done.
