I have a 2 acre agriculture land in Dera Village, Delhi. I have been doing organic farming on it. I want to construct 2 rooms so that I can stay there if needed. How can I legally? Can I get Naksha approved or can I convert agriculture land to residential?

If you will try to get approve house on the agriculture land then no body will approve , construct two rooms with other amenities and name them shed for keeping the farming material and for animals, cow shed.
You will have to seek approval for converting agricultural land to non- agricultural from competent authorities.
Then apply for approval of plan from VILLAGE panchayat and local development authorities for construction of residential buildings/house as per your choice.

If it is your agricultural land then you can construct a building on it. The land will always remain agricultural. You are permitted to construct anything on the land. The land use remains the same.
