Dear Sir, Am looking to buy a shop of 1360 Sq Ft carpet in a residential building in Sector 13 New Panvel.Its a third sale.The previous owner has already paid the CIDCO Transfer charges.The shop is leased out to a bank out which I will be earning Rent.I will be purchasing the place with the help of a Loan.Will i have to pay CIDCO Transfer charges ? and if so how much ?
