2) legal fees vary depending upon lawyer engaged by you
Hi, Tenants stay on top of me have become a pain to me. I am trying all possible ways , nothing is working. Owner just don't respond to my concern. My society president also tried reaching him , he just dont pick the call. Due to their daily disturbances, my client calls are getting effected as I am not able to hear it properly. I personally feel like harassed. I stay in Whitefield, Bangalore. My president told me to take police help if needed and he is ready to help. But i never been to police station, so kind of bit tensed too. Would it be a right thing to hire a lawyer who can help on this? If so, does anyone have idea as how much they charge for these type of cases. This is for Section 268. Thanks.
