Yes..you can pursue graduation as many times as you want, given that you are eligible. But you can also pursue masters if you want to switch fields. So if you can prevent a second graduation, then prevent it as you will be consuming extra years in your undergraduate course

A post graduation on a subject makes it prohibited to do graduation on the same subject.

You have to fill the improvement form and submit it to your university to appear in improvement exam. After the exam university will issue you new marks sheet if you score better than your previous score.

- Legally you can do graduation or post graduation on the multiple subjects , and to improve the marks , but after doing post graduation you cannot go back to do graduation once again. 

- Further , you are right to say that since your post graduation passing year is 2019 , and if you start to do even online the graduation again then the passing year would be 2023. After passing the graduation , you will have to pursue once again post graduation for your career benefit .
