You may get married even without changing her religion.

This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his own choice and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.

Dear Client
Therefore, you can get married to the person of different religion without converting yourself unless you wish to convert and follow the belief of that religion other wise you can get married under the Special Marriage Act and continue to follow your current religion.
It is advisable to not to convert your religion and to get yourself married under Special Marriage Act as that is much easier. Besides, conversion only for the purpose of marriage is illegal per se.
As far as documents are concerned, then -
You need to get an affidavit prepared of yourself that you wish to change your religion and then have to go to Mosque to get the needful done. Then you will have to get that published in newspaper (Hindi as well as English) and then with that publication you have to make rounds to every government office to get your religion being changed on every documents of your own.
This entire process will take minimum of 01 years and maximum could be anything.
