You can complain to police against parents for illegal detention or your husband can file FIR or writ in High court for  your release. Marriage is valid and to foolproof it, register the marriage at municipal office.

After 2006, orders of Supreme Court are strict on the issue of registration of marriages in personal laws. An Arya Samaj marriage can be registered either under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Police will inform your parents, you can register your marriage, you can seek police protection. Parental consent is not necessary for two consenting individuals who marry people of their own choice.

Since your family is not letting you go with him the remedy in your hands is to file a petition for the issuance of writ of habeas corpus in the High Court through your husband. The HC can direct the police to produce you before the court and will then set you free to go with your husband if you express your wish to this effect.
