Re-registration of marriage
Dear sir / madam me n one girl named xyz by producing fake roka ceremony photos and bribing sub registrar procured a marriage certificate on the basis of registration of our so called marriage which actually have not taken place now we both don’t want to continue and its just 6 months for this thing we have never lived together and nor have any physical relationship our parents are considering divorce as a taboo and don’t wish to go for court cases what if remarry can we got it register at different cities of the same state by giving oath taking that we r sighle as if now

and is it possible that secretly not disclosing our previous registration certificate we both can get our actual marriage which will take place as per hindu laws register in different cities where it got registered earlier . if not can we register our upcoming respective actual marriage without disclosing under special marriage act

1.See since there is marriage certificate you cannot legally remarry without the divorce. Further in case your wife complaint against you that can lead serious cases.
See you should not file false affidavit or register under special marriage act you can marry as per rituals but cannot reregister.
- As per law you cannot have two valid marriage certificates.
- A marriage certificate, which is received as legal proof of marriage after the ceremony, will be legally recognized in all states
- Hence, legally you cannot re-register your marriage twice, because earlier your marriage is already registered and marriage certificate issued .
- It is not suggested to produce any fake and frivilous documents for procuring a marriage certificate .
You are in the habit of choosing wrong track and now also you would follow the same path. There is no need to advise you since there is no legal remedy for illegal act.
You have obtained marriage certificate wrongly or rightly. The fact remains that your marriage is registered. Until and unless you get your marriage annualled, it can create a problem at any time in your life. Be positive and take positive steps. Non disclosing of facts itself is malafide. Keep your life straight and transparent.
There is no provision for cancellation of marriage as it was the registered marriage.Once the registration is overred, then it will be considered as they are legally wedded. certificate cannot be canceled. It can be canceled by due process of law i.e by divorce.
See marriage certificate is not issued without bride and groom. So indirectly you're pointing or challenging the marriage registrar and it's office that they're false. Means you have to first prove in the court that you registrar has done wrong thing and than the girl.

1. Since your marriage is registered you cannot remarry without obtaining a decree of divorce.
2. If you remarry anywhere in India by declaring yourself as unmarried then you will be liable to be prosecuted for the offence of giving false information to a public servant which is punishable with imprisonment.
3. Apply for mutual consent divorce and then remarry.

Further second marriage shall be void, if spouce came to know, you may land in jail.
If the marriage is registered then you have to officially take divorce with each other to marry again with other person.
If you disclose that the marriage was registered by producing false evidence and by giving bribe to sub registrar then various cases under Indian Penal code can be initiated against you.
You should go for mutual consent divorce and then cancel the registration on basis of decree of divorce then marry again.
if we go for null and void case mutually since one year has not been passed and go for annulment under section 12 c fraud and force wala thing and if i will be blamed against misrepresentation of educational detail to girl and i remain ex parte for all the hearings will i will be getting any punishment under ipc along with decree of annulment?? pls tell me a valid solution how to get annulment now and under which court i should apply

No there shall be no punishment if she file case and take anullment.
It has to be filed before the family court.
You would not be punished under IPC
2) only decree for anullment would be passed
3) your wife can file case against you for cheating
4) your wife has to file petition for anullment in family court
You can go for annulment only on grounds of the same under the act you got married
null and void will take years.
No punishment. Wait for a year to complete than apply for mutual divorce.
Annulment means marriage never solmenised in the eyes of law. In your case if there is no physical relationship after marriage only in that eventuality u can ask for the annulment. Or else u will have to file a divorce petition.
It depends on the girl that after verdict of annulement case she file fraud case against you or not.
