High Court Registry generally insists for a typed copy of the handwritten docs..

Lawyer should have filed the writ by now, provided you have cleared his/her prof. fee and performed all the formalities on your part.

you can file writ in HC. The jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Bench is over Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, Dhule, Jalna, Jalgaon, Beed, Parbhani, Latur & Osmanabad.

if there is an objection raised by registry to submit typed copies of handwritten documents then that objection has to be removed

if there is any urgency then your lawyer can mention the matter to court and have it listed on board out of turn

Dear Client,

Only typed copies are permitted in court or original hand written documents along with typed copy of it.

Nashik comes under Bombay(Principal) jurisdiction.

You cannot get the case transferred from one district court to another as the court having jurisdiction only can conduct trial.

This is my response to you:

1. All petitions have to be typed;

2. A handwritten can be accepted directly from a person aggrieved in certain cases;

3. The PSU matter will go to High Court of Mumbai;

4. You can transfer the same after seeking permission from the chief justice;

5. Consult a local lawyer and then take legal steps.

It is mandatory to file the typed copy of all the hand written documents as per the rule of the most of the High Court.

Note that all the HC are having there own rules and regulations, which they follow

Handwritten papers or petitions are not accepted by high court.

The documents which are to be taken up as exhibits for the case may be of handwritten and not the petition itself.

If your lawyer is not interested in taking up your case, you may choose another lawyer, there is no dearth for lawyers.
