Hello,

The marriage will be solemnized under the provisions of the Special Marriage act and this can not happen in one day.

This will take a minimum time of 45 days which will include publication of intention of marriage in the newspaper and other procedure.

If you want to get it done in one day then it can be done from NCR through Arya Samaj Marriage and then registration of the same provided boy and girl should be Hindus,Buddhist ,Sikhs or Jain. And don't worry if you are Muslim or Christian even then it is done after conversion to Hinduism. The whole process takes about 3 hours and the marriage certificate is issued on the same day.

if girl not agreed you can convert to muslim and perform nikha in 1 to 2 hours..

In a single day the marriage can be performed if it requires legal recognition.

If both of them wish to keep their respective religion then they can register the marriage under Special Marriage Act which takes one month of time.

If they wish to perform marriage as per religious rites and customs then either of them will have to convert the religion into the religion of another.

Let the girl convert to Hindu and book your marriage at Arya Saman and do it in just 3 hours and get marriage certificate as well and register your marriage under HMA later.

You may talke the girl to a arya samaj mandir, get her converted and then marry her at the Arya Samaj Mandir.

Thereafter the same can be registered before the Registrar on the same day or on the next day.

One who wants to convert to Hinduism can approach AryaSamajTemple (existing at several places in India), make a written application along with an affidavit stating that he/she is agreeing for the conversion based on his/her free will, along with proof of age and residence signed by the applicant along with 2 witnesses.

Nothing just to give affidavit that she has been converted the Hindu and having a hindu name get the affidavit notarized.

Fix your date and time with the Arya Samaj Mandir for solemonisation of marriage.

Later on you can follow the procedure of name change

hello

the marriage cannot be performed in a day unless the girl converts herself into Hindu.

the girl has to go to the Arya Samaj temple and there she would get converted by the priests by a simple ceremony and then you 2 can get married as per the Hindu rites and rituals.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERED MARRIAGE IN BANGALORE, INDIA

I am writing this post from my personal experience on the complete procedure of gettingregistered marriage done at Bangalore. I don't take responsibility of any change that happens to this, or if you have to pay more at any of the steps. The post is entirely based on my experience with the process and here it goes, which I believe may be helpful for many people who want to get registered marriage done while staying in India.

Below are certain conditions that are entertained while registering your marriage in India:

1) Not Already Married

- Both the partners of same religion.

- Both the partners of different religion.

2) Already married

- Both the partners of same religion.

- Both the partners of different religion.

I am going to explain the most complicated process below that is the one in which both partners belong to separate religion and have not yet got married. Rest all others are much simpler than this one and you can suffice by wedding card, wedding pics, address proofs and photo identification cards. I couldn't find any proper online documentation of this process in which both bride and groom belong to different religion and want to get married, so writing it here:

Documents needed:

1) Address proof: It is important that for any kind of registeration of your marriage (irrespective of you are already married or not), you go to the registrar office that lies in your area of residence, or the area for which you have valid address proof. The valid address proof for the registration requires only ONE of the partners to have any of the following documents with them that are identified by Indian Govt and that claims their current residence in the city as well as in the area, :

- Voter's ID

- Ration Card

- Driving License.

- Passport

If either of them do not want to convert into each other's religion, then they may get married under special marriage act.

The parties have to file a Notice of Intended Marriage in the specified form to the Marriage Registrar of the district in which at least one of the parties to the marriage has resided for a period of not less than thirty days immediately preceding the date on which such notice is given.

After the expiration of thirty days from the date on which notice of an intended marriage has been published, the marriage may be solemnised, unless it has been objected to by any person.

The marriage may be solemnised at the specified Marriage Office.

The other formalities may be enquired from the office of the marriage officer within your jurisdiction.

what are the ways of converting the girl into Hindu and how much time does that take

There is no specific law for conversion from one religion to another in India.

People follow the local tradition to convert themselves into another religion as prevailing.

Some people follow the Arya samaj way, but that will be too expensive, however if the girl makes an affidavit before the marriage officer that she shifted her faith from other religion to this religion, the marriage officer has to accept, he cannot deny or refuse the same, he can be taken into task for this.

- This may possible only by conversion into one religion , whether Islam or Hindu.

- After visiting Arya Samaj wediing , one can change his/her religion to Hinduism . Arya Samaj issues certificate of Marriage which is valid before Court of Law in India same day and time without any delay.

- IF, either of the parties do not want to change their religion, then they should registered their marriage under Special Marriage Act. This Act is not concerned whether the marriage took place between the people of same religion or between persons of different religion. But it will take time and not possible in a day time.
