If it is in a society you need to take permission of housing co operative society. Yes other people of society can object for you making any alteration without taking permission from society members.
Also go through bye laws of society does it permit you to make any alteration of building without permission of society.
get your plans sanctioned for separate entrance . then only prepare separate entrance
the other house owners cannot object if plans are sanctioned

1) You can create partition deed among all members and set boundaries to all plots and make common road and individuals entry for each bunglaw and registered bunglow society that all plots holder be members of society.

Is there any clause in the sale documents regarding this. As I can understand that all the 12 bungalow have the right to use that plot for the common purposes and by putting a door the property will be accessible from your house and definitely there will be protest and litigation from other interested parties as legally you have no right for direct encroachment.
Get a plan sanctioned from local municipal corporation then you can build seperate gate to use common plot. If it is sanctioned no one will raise objections.

Before making such provision it is better to take permission from local authority that is municipality. If anybody complains then you may approach the Civil Court and restrain them.
