• OBC NCL rules for reservation

For consideration of NCL in OBC Reservation, will my own income be considered? Or will it just be my parent's income ? The new limit is 8 lakhs isn't it ?

YES- For consideration of NCL in OBC reservation you family/parents income will also included but if you are passing your life separately without any support of your Parents , then your income will only counted for this purpose.

If, you are living with your parent and working then all the income will be counted , specially if you are working in any government job .

As per the latest notification of the Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry OBC families which earn more than ₹8 lakh per year should be under the creamy layer category.
