Hello,

You will have to contact a local lawyer and will have to sit with him with all the required documents in order to draft the objections as invited by the authorities.

Also, it is not possible for us to draft objection without any documents.

You will have to send the objections and if the objections have some merit then the development authority will take the same into consideration and amend the master plan accordingly.

If the objections are rejected then you may move to the High Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Contact a local lawyer at the earliest.

Hi

1) In general, objections to Draft master plan and zonal development plans are either submitted individually or by a group of people having common grounds and seeking common relief

2) Objections should be typed in legal size paper and printed on both sides of paper. All pages should be numbered. The language can be either English or in Telugu.

3) Your objections should contain name and address of persons submitting objections and in the subject matter you should state clearly- Objections to Draft Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan.

4) Your objection should also state on how you are affected by the proposed draft master plan.(if you are a land owner you need to mention that you are the owner, if you are tenant, you should mention you are a tenant, if you are a commercial establishment owner, you should mention that you are a commercial establishment owner etc.

5) Your objections should be specific (if it is objection to road widening, it should state objection to proposed road widening between Location A to Location B), (If it is objection to Zoning, it should be specific to objection to demarcation of locality as Residential/Commercial/ Industrial Zone etc).

6) Since Draft master plan and Zonal development plans are made in public interest, you should be able to present your objection with

a) Why the proposal is detrimental to livelihood of people in locality and

b)If there are other cost effective alternatives available , then the same should be mentioned and

c) Why the present draft master plan is detrimental to overall development and that too at the cost of livelihood of people.

7) The Objection should be signed by parties concerned at the bottom of each page.

8) In general if you are able to mobilize many people in your locality to oppose the proposed draft master plan and make representation to authorities(TUDA, Collector, MLA , Chief Minister etc), then in all probability the government may come up with comprehensive compensation plan under the new land acquisition act or make changes to the draft master plan itself.

Hope this information is useful.

1. No standard formats are given here. If you want to file your objections then you are free to engage a lawyer from this portal to draft the same.

2. Either file a suit for permanent injunction or file a writ petition against TUDA to seek a stay on acquisition.

You should make your representations to The Tirupati Urban Development Authority. In the event your suggestions/representations/objections are not accepted, you can always challenge the same in a court of law.

There is no particular format for making representations to the concerned authority. The concerned authority would consider the substance of your representations and not the form in which they are presented.

There is no standard format or anything to communicate your decision to not accept the same.

You may write it in the standard format known to you.

How to protect our properties legally from acquisition by TUDA to implement their Master Plan?

You can file a mandatory injunction against the authorities provided the authority is not coming froward to settle the local problems first.
