If the government notice has been received then you will have to mark your appearance before the authorities and then you will have to present your side of the story.

However, if your name has been included in some FIR without any rhyme or reason you may file a petition in the High Court for FIR quashing.

Share the copy of the notice so that appropriate help can be rendered.

Have you been summoned as an accused or witness? Without perusal of the notice nothing can be said. Be that as it may, you should appear before the court. Engage a lawyer.

If you have received a notice from court, it becomes yor duty to attend the hearing on the specified date before the concerned court and express your side narration before court

May be you must have been wrongly implicated in the case, engage the services of an advocate and get acquitted of the charges agaisnt you.
