Hi, i am sanjib rai from a town katihar in bihar.i am serving in indian air force.and at the time of marriage i was posted in chandigarh.now i am tranfered to bengalore on sept 2016.i got married on 12 may 2014.i got a child on 22 sept 2015.After the first day we started fighting bcs she never used to respect my family.then aftr 15 days she went to her home in delhi still we used to fight bcs her mother wants me to leave my family so she too.then for sometime i took her to chandigarh but she still fighting with me with no reason.even she without any proof accused me of in a relation with my elder brothe wife(bhabhi).then she again went to her home in delhi.aftr dat i tried many to time take her back but she denies.then we got a child so i thought now she will undrstand family.but then she became more arrogant and even started abusing me in front of her parents also.even she called police once.i was totally disappointed .then i got transferred to bengaluru on sept 2016 so i tried to took her to my home for some time in bihar but she refused to come and went to her home in delhi of her own.then i came alone.aftr dat i changed my no also not to talk her.now i am fed up with her i want to be separated from her.can i file a case from my home town katihar or from my place of work bengaluru

You can file a divorce case from any one of the place where the marriage was solemnized, she is residing or you both reside together lastly.
Based on cruelty you may file a divorce case or judicial separation petition before family court under section 10 or section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act 1955
