You can get married under provisions of special marriage act

2) for marriage under special marriage act 30 days notice is required to be given

Documents needed

Along with the ‘notice of the intended marriage’ you will need

1. Notarised affidavit declaring that you’ve met all the conditions (your age, that you do not already have a spouse etc)

2. Residence, DOB & ID proof

3. Passport size photographs

4. processing fee

Atleast one party should reside for 30 days in that particular marriage registrar’s district where the application is to be made

date for the solemnisation of marriage is then set for a month after. On that date, three witnesses are required plus basic identification documents to finally solemnise the marriage. After that, the couple may apply to have their marriage registered and get an official certificate from the registrar.

1. Since your family is opposed to your matrimonial alliance both of you may marry under Special Marriage Act.

2. A joint application has to be made to the marriage registrar. Following are the documents required for the performance of marriage before the registrar: A. Passport Size Photographs - four each of Marrying Persons. B. Residential Proof (Voter Card / Passport / Ration Car / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Lease Deed / Rent Deed) of Marrying Persons. 3. Date of Birth Proof (Municipal Corporation Certificate, X th or XII th Examination Certificate, Passport, PAN Card) of Marrying Persons). A few affidavits are also required to be made.

3. The registrar will invite objections by issuing a notice to the addresses mentioned in the application form. If no objections come within 30 days then a civil ceremony can be conducted in the office of registrar.

Religion is not a bar for marriage between a man and woman if they are eligible for marriage.

You can marry and register your marriage under special marriages act if both would desire to retain their own religion.

If you canot convince yor parents then you both can walk out of the house and get married with the help of friends under special marriage act.

Your parents cannot stop or restrict your marriage if you both are adults and have attained marriageable age.

Am punjabi girl and I wanna to marry muslim boy toh hamari family nahi chati hamari shadi ho and vo phele se shadi sudha hai.... So kya ham Cort marriage Kar sakte hai kya and I'd prof bhi jaruri hai hai kya

If the proposed groom is a already married person, then his marriage under special marriages act while a previous marriage subsists, is not permissible as per law.

You may have to convert yourself as a muslim and the get married to him as per Muslim religious rites or sharia rules.

You cannot get married in the court too becasue he is not eligible for marriage while his previous marriage subsists, especially under the provisions of special marriages act.

d proof of one of the person in the local will be sufficient enough but what about the other eligibility condition?

The primary condition is that both the parties to marriage are to be single i.e., bachelors or divorcees or widow
