I am a litigation lawyer, with professional experience exceeding eight years on a broad range of topics, including contractual, commercial, arbitration, company, administrative and banking laws.

I have extensive experience in mainstream commercial litigation practice as well as the arbitration. Over the last few years, a major thrust of my practice has been infrastructure projects, real estate, education, and banking amongst others.

I have rendered advise on contractual disputes, contentious employment/service disputes, regulatory & legal framework to facilitate compliance and on processes to avoid/mitigate risks in the conduct of business. 

I regularly represent PSUs, Government Bodies and MSMEs on a wide spectrum of matters before various forums - Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other High Courts, District Courts in Delhi, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and in arbitration tribunals.
