• Selling a landlordship flat

I wan to sell my landlordship flat without involving landlord. how can I?

Your question is quite unclear and the information is inadequate.

Are you the tenant and what do you mean by 'landlordship'? Are you looking towards subletting your rented premises.

Or in case you are not the landlord, i.e. you are not the owner of the property, then you can't sell it. Doing so will amount to a criminal offence.

Please clarify the above and then I may be able to advise you.

If you are the landlord of the flat, you can definitely sell it. However, if there is another landlord of the same flat, you cannot sell it without his permission. Your query itself is not clear on facts.

Are there two landlords of the same flat? If yes, you can sell your portion of house.
