First time meri mom n meri wife ke beech mei jhagda huya, tab mein aur mere family members jaake meri wife ko leke aaye the, after that, nov 2015 ko meri saasu ma ka birthday tha jo hum attend nahi kar paaye ispe uski Mom ke words the "tu aayi kyun nahi kya tere ghar par koi maar gya tha". Fir next day meri saasu ma hamare ghar aayi n Gaali dene lagi aur meri wife ko apne ghar lekar chali gayi. after One month meri saasu ma ne and meri wife ne meri khilaf complaint ki hai ki:- 1. hum dowry mangte hai 2. mei apni wife ki salary (Rs.8000) rakh leta hu 3.shaadi ke tym batay tha ki ladke ki salary 60000 par ab hume pta chla ki ladke ki salary 35000 hai, but meri actually salary 10500. 4. Meri saasu ne apne Husband ke saath bhi aisa kiya tha. My saasu ma having relation with another man, jo uske ghar ka kharcha karta hai. So suggest me mei kya kar sakta hu is situation mei.

2) aap ek ghar me rehkar bhi separate ho sakhte hain agar aapka pati patni ka relatin nahi hai

For the present dont think of filing divorce on such petty issues.

Yes for MCD one year separation is necessary but you can manipulate things stating that you both live separately for more than a year.
