Certainly! I can assist you in finding a lawyer who specializes in real estate and has experience with RERA regulations. Here are some steps you can take:

Ask for recommendations: Ask friends, family, or colleagues if they have worked with a real estate lawyer who has experience with RERA. If they have, ask them about their experience and if they would recommend the lawyer.

Search online: You can search for lawyers who specialize in real estate and have RERA experience online. Look for lawyers in your area and check their websites to see if they have experience with RERA. You can also check legal directories such as Bar Council of India, India Legal Information Institute, or Indian Lawyers Directory.

Check credentials: Once you have identified some potential lawyers, check their credentials to make sure they are licensed to practice law in your state or jurisdiction. You can also check their experience, qualifications, and reviews on their website, LinkedIn, or other professional networking sites.

Schedule consultations: Once you have narrowed down your list of potential lawyers, schedule consultations with each of them. During the consultation, ask about their experience with real estate and RERA, their fees, and their availability. Be sure to choose a lawyer who you feel comfortable with and who is responsive to your needs.

Make your decision: After meeting with several lawyers, choose the one that you feel is the best fit for you and your needs. Remember to review the terms of their engagement agreement carefully before signing on with them.

By the reference what you have given here, no authentic or proper opinion can be rendered in respect of the property and its genuineness by any lawyer.

If at all you want a proper opinion with regard to the property you propose to purchase, yo may have to engage the services of a lawyer, produce the copies of the relevant papers/documents and can proceed if recommended.
