I transferred amount on 28th July 2022 ..The merchant did promise to delivery in 20 days..he use to send photos of my item only when I call and ask for status..i am not seeing professionalism in him.can I get the advance amount I sent back?

Call upon manufacturer to refund your money for failure to supply granite mandir within stipulated period

Dear client, The refund or forfeiture of earnest money is governed by the sale agreement executed between the seller and prospective buyer. If the agreement mandates forfeiture the seller can forfeit it, but if it does not then the buyer is entitled to the refund of it in entirety.
