Can two people of different nationalities marry legally in India?

I am a young man of Sudanese origin, but I live and currently live in Finland. I want to marry a Moroccan girl who lives in Morocco, but we wanted to meet and marry in India as a third party country. From the Indian embassy in Helsinki, but this matter can happen because I am stable and have residency and a head of work, but the question remains, is it possible to marry in India easily and without obstacles?? The reason for choosing India is that I heard that it is a country in which it is easy to marry.

Two foreigners cannot get their marriage registered in India as per Indian laws.

Even for getting it registered under the provisions of special marriage act, one of them has to be an Indian.

You can get married in Indian soil, but without marriage certificate your marriage may not be recognised as legally valid.

- If you both are from different country ,and none of you are residing in India, then this marriage cannot be registered in India.

- One of the couple should be from India , even not an Indian national.

- However, you can marry with her in India under the Muslim Customs , but the marriage will not registered in the office of Marriage Registrar.
