What is the time limit to submit Replica in court of Civil judge? Plaintiff is asked to submit Replica after Defendant submitted written statement. is there a time limit and retriction to time in order to submit written statement and Replica? It's a non-commercial suit.

The Delhi High Court has held that the Court has no power to extend the statutory time limit of 45 days within which a replication along with admission/denial of documents has to be filed by a plaintiff in view of Rule 5 in Chapter VII of the Delhi High Court (Original Side Rules), 2018.

Provisions of Order VIII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 applicable to submitting of written statement are applicable to filing of replication. It has to be filed with 30 days which  can be extended for another 80 days.
