The replica can be submitted immediately within the time stipulated by court.
However the maximum time limit is 45days.
In India written statement is submitted within 120 days maximum time in non commercial suit.

Hi, Once the Written Statement is filed there is no procedure to file Reply to Written Statement. Next step is to framing of Issues.
Provisions of Order VIII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 applicable to submitting of written statement are applicable to filing of replication. It has to be filed with 30 days which can be extended for another 80 days.
- As per Chapter 7 Rule 5 Delhi High Court Rules, the time limit to file the Replication in civil case is only 45 days from the date of receiving the written statement.
- However, it can be filed beyond this period ,if there is reasonable cause of delay in file the replication
