you are not a health worker and as such you do not qualify for booster dose

2) apply to authorities that you have to travel abroad and the country where you are travelling insists that only those who have taken booster doses can visit that country

Any false claim is  illegal, you cannot back up your claim if any verification takes place by any authority.

It's impersonating the health worker and a offence under IPC bit it's difficult to prove in court

Falsification of identity is a criminal offence and you can be punished under various sections of the Indian penal code if you are caught. Maybe it can be checked whether you are a health care worker or not. Therefore my advice is that don't do it.

Furnishing false information for some personal gains is an offence.

If you feel that this will go undetected, then you may proceed or do not take a risk.

If the certificate issued for booster dose vaccination shows that you are a health worker then it may land you in trouble.

Dear Client,

The High Court of Meghalaya, in Registrar General, High Court of Meghalaya v. State of Meghalaya, held that compulsory or forceful vaccination does not find any force in law, due to which such vaccination becomes unconstitutional since its inception. The same is evident from the following: “[A] harmonious and purposive construction of the provisions of law and principles of equity, good conscience and justice reveals that mandatory or forceful vaccination does not find any force in law leading to such acts being liable to be declared ultra vires ab initio.” Hence, if you wish to take the vaccine or you need to, might consider that there seems to be no specific legislation validating or prohibiting the same and it is definitely wrong on ethical and moral grounds.

Thanks & Regards
