Hi i needed a legal draft for an ongoing bankruptcy in UAE.

This is an official document released on request by Mr.Anoop S . Nair holder of Indian passport No: Z2145485 and PAN card number AGPPN8304D verifying that the above mentioned Indian citizen residing in UAE does not hold or own any properties, vehicles, bank balance, bank accounts, movable or immovable assets of any kind anywhere in India in his name. This affidavit is officially validated by the government office and it is to produced before the honorable UAE government or any government related authorities.

It has to be on stamp paper of Rs 100 or so and duly notarised
- You should execute this Affidavit by the lawyer where Mr Anoop is residing presently or was carrying the business , and must be dully notarized as per the rule of that country.
