There is no law which prevents your transfer due loan on Salary Account.

Mere pendency of personal loan should not affect your transfer 

Your bank loan has nothing to do with the transfer of your job from Gorakhpur to Mathura. 

Don't imagine unwanted issues and get scared. 

No due certificate from whom. 

The no due certificate is a subject within the department,  I.e., from your own department and not from bank. 

The employer has nothing to do with your bank account. 

The bank is not paying you salary,  your employer is paying salary through bank hence there's no reason to demand no due  certificate from bank.

You ascertain the fact and then talk to your department head. 

Personal loan has no relation with your salary account

It's an absurd condition I don't think it will happen

Aisa koi rule nahin hai. Kisi ke loan ka uske transfer se koi relationship nahin hai.

No dues se unka kya matlab hai? I mean jahan aap posted hain wahan ka no dues maangta hoga ke department se aapne kuch na liya ho. Loan lene mein koi dikkat nahin hai.

Arji karo aur clarification de do loan Mathura mein hai aur kahin nahin hai .

Arji ke saath undertaking bhi de do SBI Mathura ke shiva aur doosari SBI branch mein loan nahin hai.

Agar loan bounce hua to account me se kaat lenge. Aur agar loan salary account ke basis pe liya hai to no dues nahi milega.

basic department ko hi manage karna padega, bina no dues ke. 

- Personal loan se aapka transfer effected nahi ho sakta .

- Agar department no dues mang rahi hai to aapko apne accounts/salary issuing department se contact kerna chahiye . 

Department no dues mangta hai to bo dues dena pdega.

Agar aap ko lagta hai ki no dues galat maang rahe hai to aap department k khilaf ek specific performance suit dal sakte hai transfer karne k liye 

1. Hojayega transfer or transfer kaa loan due hone se koi lena dena nhi h. 

2. Agar apki EMIs time pr jaa rhi h to apko Ni dues certificate mil jayega that you don't have any EMIs due till date and your loan account is upto date. 

This is ridiculous loan and transfer has no concern simply do one thing where you will go you inform you loan disbursing branch regarding you current place of posting where you are going with a copy to the department where you are working, as you have taken loan from Mathura then definitely your permanent address is of mathura, move an application whenever you transfer one place to another, there is no such rule or condition.

If no dues certificate they are demanding then move to the bank and obtain yearly statement of your loan account, give them with an application.

Loan se aapke transfer ka koi lena dena nahi hai. 

No Due certificate kya aapke bank ka maangta hai ya aapke department ka?
