Maintenance / permanent alimony of second wife
Sir, I have married and have one son but my married wife has divorce from Family Court and my son living with me after all now I have a second wife but not married and there is no child of second wife now my second wife has register for divorce (domestic violence act) with me at police station through Family Court. So plz tell about the Maintenance / permanent alimony / rights of second wife which demand to me.

how are you having 2nd wife without marrying
About 1 year (from feb. 2013 to april 2014.) I am the second husband of my second wife. I am the second husband of my second wife already she has got first husband(run for making couple life about 2-3 days) after all there parents has separated imediately as a result they has not married due to there parents instruction.

Sir Avdhesh Chaudhary, My second wife is love marriage we know each other with full history for about 1 years then we run to make a couple according to costummery law she return to his home with our family for making marriage at this time parents of both side talking for marriage with understanding suddenly after some day she informed me to run again because of there family financial problem so we run again to my home as a second time in this circumstance my 2nd wife having without marrying but now she with there parents making register of divorce applying (domestic violence act) and demanding huge of money. Now I am in investigation stage of police station for sending summons from police through SP,Family court.

the maintenance and alimony is depend on the income and saving, property of the parties which is not mentioned by you
But sir Nadeem Qureshi , All other third party told me give money to make divorce, I am job seeker until now i have no job no bussiness depending to my parents I am the only 1 son of father and mother.

1) it appears you had a live in relation ship . no marriage has taken place .
2) your wife can file domestic violence case and claim maintenance , right to stay in matrimonial home .
3)the facts narrated by you are not clear . no divorce case can be filed when no marriage has been performed .
4) better contact a local lawyer . court will consider fact that you are un employed while passing maintenance order
