Yes,Definitely you may complete B .ED during your service subject to permission from your head of department and institution.
You may also do B ED with distance course and University without permission from your head of Department.
But regular B .ED while serving needs prior approval and authorization for completion of B ED.

You can not pursue regular courses while working. You have either to work or do study. You may apply for distance learning.
If it is possible to do so then you can do it however you will not be able to use the experience for the study period.
- In regular courses, job or any other task is not allowed until there is any specific provision shared by Govt. like many universities allowed two courses simultaneously.
- Secondly, if you wish to continue with job considering a private job you shall have to forgo your experience and show only regular studies.
