You would not be entitled to OBC NL certificate if your parents income is more than Rs 8 lakhs

2) mere signing affidavit that you have no relation with parents would not entitle you to OBC NL certificate

You are not entitled to avail the benefit.

The affidavit will not have any value in the eyes of law for this purpose.

Employees of PSU banks are  not central government employees. They are governed by service regulations of their respective banks.

- Further, employees in Public Sector Undertakings, Banks, Insurance Organizations, who earn above 8 lakh per month are not eligible to get OBC-NCL certificate like a government employees.

- Hence, if your father is getting more than 8 lakh , then you are not eligible to get a caste certificate of the non creamy layer.

- Further , the affidavit is not enough for getting the same , a court order needed.

No chance for you to get classified under obc if the income of your parents are more than 8 lakhs per annum. INR 8 lakhs is a test which mandatory.

You are eligible to get the OBC NCL category certificate only on the status of your father and not on your individual status.

Hence don't have such funny ideas to get the certificate by playing fraud.

Your career will be spoiled if you are caught indulging in such illegal activities.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that you wish to have the inclusion of name under not non creamy layer.
  2. I would like to know that your case is quite unique, yes there is a way for the same.
  3. Firstly, your parents will have to disown you through paper publication and an affidavit along with the same.
  4. Thereafter, you will have to approach the OBC ministry to get issuance of the said certificate to you and if they refuse then come to Hon’ble High Court of Delhi Inder Writ Jurisdiction as per article 226 of our Constitution seeking writ of Mandamus to get your right executed.
