Court has recently issued an order where they have asked me to submit details of Assets, Income and Expenditures via a prescribed format (Kusum Sharma v. Mahinder Kumar Sharma). My concern here is that my statement is showing the whole account number along with IFSC details of the people with whom i have done transactions in the past. This information can be mis-utilized by people and my adversaries. My question is whether I can mask the details of Account numbers, IFSC code by XXXX? Also, please help me understand what all precautions can be taken to while filing this affidavit?

Check the order of the court first. if the court want the copy of the bank statement then you will file the copy which get from bank. if you fear that the documents misuse by the defendants then file an application for kept them in safe custody . But the defendants has right to see the documents if it is a material to decide the case.
