If i understand correctly you want An agreement to be made for joint development of land and you also want a general power of attorney for one person to carry out all transactions.

I am sorry but his cannot be shared here. You may book a consultation with a lawyer and then one can share these.

Purchasing solely in the name of partner C is harmful. Mention in sale deed that A and B have also contributed in purchase.

JDA/GPA agreement - appropriate fee will charge.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is not the right forum for asking an advocate help for drafting the customized draft for you. You may go to "Talk to a lawyer" or "Hire a lawyer" of Kaanoon.com. It is intimated that it is not the solicitation of any kind, rather the information regarding the process.

1.Every Agreement is unique in nature and can not be drafted based on some  format..

2. Moreover, it will be legally dangerous to self draft legal documents involving high value.

2. Contact your lawyer in India for getting the JDA/GPA drafter for you after sending him the details of the property in question.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that you wish to get the format of the JDA and GPA, but at the same time you need to understand that there is no specific format but depends upon the clauses to be put in.
  2. I would like to apprise you that as the property has been bought in the name of one out of all, so you need to be more careful with its clauses to be put in.
  3. Firstly, you will decide in the agreement about the terms of expenses for development and thereafter about the sale deed execution and how you gonna get your hard money back with some profit.
  4. Lastly, If needed then include all the details of that partner who has got this property on his name.
