Use words "xyz Singh alias xyz Prasad".  Wherever required file an affidavit to the effect the xyz Singh and xyz Prasad is only one and the same person.  You may obtain the Death Certificate in the name of "xyz Singh alias xyz Prasad".

1. When applying for Succession of Property, mention as "xyz Singh alias xyz Prasad" and file appropriate affidavit declaring that both names are of same person.
