Do you had lien on the previous position. In yes than till you are not confirmed on present position, your lien is intact on previous position and not yet passed to present position. Resign and request for reinstatement of previous position.

First you need to talk to HRD and take the terms and conditions of current job employment and whether they are allowing in this regards kindly check in your employment letter. Plus the facility till date you have availed from bank. First check what HR says. An your probation period when end exactly. If management has rights to decrease the probation period they can do it by way of simple application check this first.

Refer to your service regulation or the terms of appointment  for this Probation.

Since you opted fr this Probation you will have to go by the terms of its regulation.

Since the same is not shared with us it is difficult to advise as to how and when to move forward to termination this.

You can nevertheless send written representation stating you desire to go back to your parent cadre.

- Probationary periods are often applied to new employees as a means of determining their capabilities in a new job.

- Hence, the employer can terminate during the probation , and employee can also leave the job with the terms and conditions mentioned in the appointment letter for probation.

- Hence, if an employee leave the job during the probation period , then it not harm his career, and generally many company stipulates in contract , that during probation period either party can terminate the job with or without any notices.

- However, before leaving the current job during the probation period , you should give a notice for availing the prior job. Otherwise you will lost both the job .

Dear Sir,

The same is possible at your request/application but there may be seniority issues. Please confirm for the same from your bank.

You need to write to your HR department that you are not willing to go for this rajbhasha adhikari and want to get back to your previous assignment in case your application is considered by the HR department then you would be reinstated to your previous job.

This is internal HR matter is will be taken care by the bank itself eventually there is nothing legal in this case

You may have to go through the conditions of the current designation or appointment.

If there is a provision for reversion to the previously held position, you may make a representation in writing to permit you to resign the current post and to consider you to revert to your previously held post.

It would again depend upon the rules and regulations of the bank and the discretionary powers of the competent authority.

But that will not prevail you from making a written representation to the authorities concerned.

Since it is an internal recruitment you may look for the clauses in the regulations for reversion in such cases

1. Is there a lock in period in the contract?

2. If there is no lock in period then there must be a notice period mentioned in the contract.

3. Nothing can be said without perusal of contract.
