1. If the witness has died it does not make the agreement void.

2. The need for examining the witness, in case the dispute between licensor and licensee goes to court, would arise only if either party denies the relationship of licensor and licensee.

3. Nothing prevents the parties from executing a fresh leave and license agreement.
