Husband ration card should have both and your daughter name

2) you would need to cancel your name in father ration  card and then your name would be added in husband card

3) need to produce your marriage certificate as proof of your marriage

4) produce address proof of matrimonial home

5) now days aadhar card is proof of identity and address

6) you actually don’t need ration card any more

Madam,

You may change the address in Aadhar card and all other documents as per your need but the daughter's name can be added in ration card on the basis of her birth certificate also.

1. If your husband is still residing with you then address proof of your husband is enough to include the name of your daughter in the public records .

2. The address of father is enough to make such recording of name of a child in the public record.

3. So apply accordingly.

Daughter address will be of father. Mother address dose not use for child address.

And now your permanent address is also of husband address so you also need to change your address in all documents.

1. You need not change your address in any of your cards for getting the ration card of your daughter. She will have the address of her father's address.

2. Your daughter will bear the address of her father/grandfather in all her identification cards till her marriage.

Normally it doesn't require a mother to change her address for the purpose you are mentioning here.

Still confirm once with your local authorities.

But at maximum places it is not required for a mother to change her address for entering daughter's name in ration card.

The address of your child shall be the address where she and her prents are currently residing.

Your address given to your employer has nothing to do with your child's address or identity.

Since you all are staying together in your husband's address, it would be advisable that you too change your address and have your matrimonial home address incorporated in all your identity cards and other relevant documents.

Ration card is meant for people living below the poverty line.  So first take information whether you are entitled for this or not.

The proof of income is hence necessary apart from birth and residence proof.

To include the name of your daughter in Ration Card (RC), her birth certificate issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths has to be submitted.

In case if your name is still continuing in your Father's RC, you need to get your name removed from your Father's RC and make an application to add your name in your Husband's RC to the concerned Civil Supplies Office by enclosing your marriage certificate and address proof viz., Aadhar Card.

For ration card, the details submitted by the father or family members are sufficient. If required, submit her birth certificate also.
