1. If the first marriage is dissolved by a decree of divorce then definitely the certified copy of the same can be obtained from the court of law .

2. So if you have the details of the case number and the name of the parties then you can get the certified copy of the order of the court.

- Yes, you can get it from the website of Chandigarh District Court , if she is residence of this city.

- Otherwise, you can get the certified copy from the Court as well, if some details with you.

- if unable to get the same, then you should visit the family court in Chandigarh to consult with staff for getting the details.

Yes it is possible to obtain certified copies of the case provided you are aware of the case details/particulars.

You can file a vakalat and an third party affidavit giving reasons for which you are procuring these documents.

You can contact a local advocate and discuss on the matter  and arrange to get it through him/her.

1. Certified copy of it can be obtained from the court which passed the judgment and decree. Meet a local lawyer.

2. However, no court can give you list of cases filed by her.

Than on what basis you said that divorce decree is obtained by her. If you have atleast case number / year and court name which is written on decree.

Under RTI you can get the order details but you must know in which court of Delhi the case were running.

You may have to to know the case number, the court in which the cae has been filed, the date of disposal, if not disposed yet then the present status of the case.

Her personal details are immaterial and you may not be able to retrieve any information by having her personal details namely PAN or aadhar card or any other particulars.

- You cannot file an RTI Application when you get the same information from another source.

- Further, through RTI , you can get the details of your cases only , and not others information legally.

Dear Sir,

Certified copies are authenticating the judgements/orders. Once it is a certified copy, the court puts its stamp/seal which means its a true copy of the judgement and it’ll be accepted by courts/tribunals/authorities.
Yes, they are available in every court. You have to apply by filling a form or writing an application and following the administrative procedure. It comes with a fee which is pretty nominal.

Certified copies are provided to the litigants once they apply in District Court and high court as so desired , the application has to be duly filled up with details of the applicant and case No. and after that the copy is sent to the registrar civil courts for granting the permission to issue the copy and next the copy section clerk calls for the record from the court as mentioned in the application and either types or makes a copy of the original judgement and after signing and stamping with court seal the copy is issued to the applicant.

The process make take 3 or 4 days depending upon the apending copy applications. The above process may be carried out by the concerned lawyer or applicant.
