- Yes, printed copy obtianed from the website of Supreme Court is eligible as a citatation in High Court , and you can produce the same in support of your case.

- No, for the certificed copy cannot be obtained through mail. For getting the same you will have to apply physically , and sometime non parties of a specified case are not eligible to get certified copies as well.

2. If, however, the judgment that you wish to rely on was passed in SLP/Appeal against the order of HC in the pending case then you have to produce the certified copy.

if the SC judgment print is taken out from the official website of the SC, then the HC cannot refuse to consider it

the HC can easily check the cited judgment from the website of the SC in case of any doubt
