It is of cruelty and blackmailing you can warn her and let her to be on matrimonial tracks. Get issue a legal notice and bring everything on records so this can be your defense in future if she venture to file a false dowry case etc.,

File a police complaint against wife and her family that they are threatening intimidating and harassing for false cases, further you should record keep evidence of harassment and intimidation by your wife. 

Also you need to talk to your wife and make her understand that this will effect your relationship and this is not good. 

Record her abuses and threats 

2) file NC with local police station regarding her constant threats to file false cases against you 

3) if your wife files false dowry harassment case apply for and obtain Anticipatory bail from sessions court 

4) contact a local lawyer 

Bring in your parents and live together and if necessary take bigger flat and shift in, parents will be great protector and wife refusing to live with husbands parents will amount to cruelty and good ground for divorce

Please record such threats that are being passed by her and when the things goes out of control give a NC to the local police station. 

If later she files false case then these things can be used in your defense.

You can't do anything till she files any complaint.  You need to take precautions only after she files complaint

1) Be very polite in all circumstances. Record all conversations (voice, chat, email, letters, etc.) with those threatening and keep the originals in a safe place. Never produce the originals before anyone, not even before your lawyer.
2) Write a complaint to your nearest police station, detailing about blackmailing, her false allegations and her unscrupulous behavior. And request in your complaint to make her stop the threats and abuses immediately. 
3) File RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights). Remember to include conditions that she should agree on before she starts living with you again. 
4) Collect evidence to prove that you have neither demanded dowry or have taken it anytime.
5) Collect evidence to prove that she moved out of the bond of marriage for no apparent reason.

Record all the threats and wife abusive acts, In case any false cases filed by her, these evidence will be resource  in your defense.

 - Your above said facts are showing that your wife is trying to use the rules of law as a tool for harassing your and your family membes.

- There is provision in law to to protect the husband/wife against crulety , and whoever is found guilty is liable to get punishment. 

-  Otherside, there is no section/provision under Hindu Marraige Act or under other laws , which safeguard the rights or interests of a married man . 

- You should file a complaint against her blackmailings on behalf of your mother after narrating all the truth facts. So , that in future she and other family membes can be saved from the court hearings. And it will also safteguard you as well.

- On the above said grounds , you can file your divorce case as well. 

- Firstly you should try to resolve the matter amicably. 

you can file an anticipatory bail for yourself and your family if some criminal complaint like under Section 498a has been filed / is about to be filed against you and your family..

2. You should record all those sayings and then should approach the court of law to file a divorce petition or a legal notice on the ground on cruelty as what she has been doing with you is cruelty on you.
3. After this if she happens to file any false cases then at least you would have the plea to say that these are counter blast bases on you and your family.
4. I am suggesting this as otherwise also she would file cases and then you might not have anything to say to take legal security.
