Hello,

If you are aggrieved then you may file an appeal against the said order.

Otherwise if you do not want to go then they can not force you to go.

I guess the order has been filed in section 9 petition.

Your may call/ get in touch for further advise and consultation.

1. It seems that RCR petition has been allowed by the court.

2. If you are the petitioner then you dont have to do anything. If respondent does not join you within 3 months then you can file a petition for divorce after a year.

Sorry, but I have not been able to understand the query as to where exactly you wish to know and what do you want in answers specifically because from the query above mentioned it is not clear with your relief.

So, please make it more clear about the situation and your relief.

Dear

If this is the order by court then respondent have to follow it and join the company of petitioner within the period given by court.

And if respondent fails to obey the order if court petitioner can file execution petition in the court which grant the order of RCR.
